Day 1 In Tioman Island

Finally reached Tioman 1st ferry stop at Genting at 9.30 am. Then the ferry proceed to 2nd stop at Paya at 9.36 am, finally the 3rd stop at Tekek at 9.53 am. That's our stop. Tioman Island adventure here we come....

In Tioman Island, we stayed in Berjaya Tioman Resort. For the best hotel rates, please check a few online hotel booking websites for the best deal before booking your stay. It goes without saying, there are many choices available to stay if you are travelling on a non peak time. Always remember to choose and plan your stay carefully. All we can provide is information of the hotel that we stayed in and the places we visited in Tioman.

As this was our first time there, we were quite lost and didn't have much of an idea except to search on the internet for as much information as possible before we leave to Tioman.

Since we are staying in Berjaya Resort, there is a shuttle available at the jetty to pick us up and send us to the resort.

Our chalet looks decent and comfy. We were happy as first impression always matters the most. Arrived at the resort around 11.00 am. It took us around a 5 minutes drive from the jetty to the hotel. Our Tioman adventure starts with us unpacking our stuffs and a short nap before checking out the rest of the resort.....

First Day Activities :

1) 11.00 am - Arrived at the hotel.

2) Check in at the reception and hoping we get to go to our chalet asap. We were lucky as it's a non peak time and the chalet was ready.

3) 11.30 am - Unpack and quick lunch. We packed some bread for lunch as we were afraid that our check in time was going to be later.

4) As we were tired, we had an easy and chilling afternoon.

5) In the evening, we went to the pool and the beautiful beach of Berjaya Tioman.
